The Technical Review Committee (TRC) is solely an advisory committee to the Raymond Planning Board.  The intent of the TRC is to review and advise the public on the proper channels to follow and assist to obtain approvals for projects and/or the coordination of events. The TRC’s reviews also ensure all Town departments are aware of upcoming projects/events, so they may assess and planned for the potential impacts to their departments.
