Below is an outline of the three options available (online, mail, or drop box) and any additional special information or requirements. The "Drop Box" is a secure container on the side of the old fire station known as "Torrent Hall".  The phone numbers to call to process your transaction or get assistance are 603-895-7024, 603-895-7025, and 603-895-7026. 

Town Office Hours are Varied.  Most staff are having to work remotely.

Town Clerk & Tax Collectors office Monday thru Friday  8:00am-1230p and 1:30p-4:15p

There are no late hours. Ideally business is done online, via the drop box, e-mail or by phone.


Recreation  Monday thru Friday 8:00am-3:00pm

Executive, Planning, Building, and DPW Monday thru Friday  8am- 4:30pm  

  1. Dog Permits

    2. Mail: please call first so we can validate rabies vaccine  

    3. Drop Box: please call first so we can validate rabies vaccine 

    4. As long as they have a current rabies certificate meaning is not expiring within the next week they can photocopy that and put a check for $6.50 if the dog is neutered nine dollars if the dog is not neutered and if it is a puppy and it is going to be spayed $6.50 for this year only and they have to bring in that spade neuter certificate next year to keep the price from going up to nine dollars they also need to put a phone number on the check in case the girls have any questions and the check is made payable to Town Of Raymond everything goes in a Ziploc baggie and then in the dropbox on the side of the old fire station.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STATE DMV HAS EXTENDED ALL 20 DAY PLATES ISSUED ON OR AFTER FEBRUARY 26, 2020 FROM THE STATE DMV OR QUALIFYING DEALERSHIPS THROUGH MAY 31, 2020..  CLICK HERE
