PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR REGISTRATION BY MAIL. SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST TO RENEW YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS IS NOT THE SAME AS REGISTERING YOUR VEHICLE. ONLINE SUBMISSIONS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT OR REQUIREMENT FOR US TO COMPLY WITH THOSE REQUESTS. UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM AND DECALS FROM US, YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED. UNPAID TICKETS, MISSING OR INCORRECT INFORMATION, DATA TRANSMISSIONS PROBLEMS, INCORRECT CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION ENTERED, AND OTHER CAUSES MAY DELAY OR PREVENT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR REGISTRATIONS BY THE TOWN. A NONREFUNDABLE CONVENIENCE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOU FOR EACH VEHICLE YOU RENEW ONLINE USING THIS SERVICE.
IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE, BUT THE TOWN IS NOT LIABLE, IF, FOR ANY REASON, WE ARE UNABLE TO DO SO OR IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO SUCH COMMUNICATIONS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REGISTRATIONS WITH 10 DAYS OF YOUR ONLINE SUBMISSION, AND TO COMPLY WITH STATE OF NH LAWS REGARDING THE REGISTRATION AND OPERATION OF YOUR VEHICLES.
ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN DONE AS AN ONLINE RENEWAL YOU CANNOT COME INTO THE OFFICE AND ASK FOR IT IN HAND. IT WILL HAVE TO BE MAILED TO YOU ONCE IT HAS GONE THROUGH THE ACH PROCESS.
PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS BEFORE THE RENEWAL EXPIRATION IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW REGISTRATION AND PLATE DECALS BY MAIL.
REGISTRATIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY EXPIRED CANNOT BE DONE ONLINE. YOU WILL NEED TO COME INTO THE OFFICE WITH A RECENT REGISTRATION TO RENEW.
If you have not already completed a renewal with the Town of Raymond and proven residency to us, you will not be allowed to complete the online renewal process. You are required to come to the Town Clerk's Office with a current utility bill or other official mail (leases, tax bills and water bills are NOT acceptable proof of residency) to prove residency and change your address with the Town Clerk's Office. Please note that even if you have changed your address with the State DMV, you are still required to come to the Town Clerk's Office and prove residency. If you have any questions regarding residency, please call the Town Clerk's Office at 895-4735 ext. 109, 110, or 111.
By clicking on the car button below you can renew your motor vehicle or trailer registration online. You will need information from your current registration in order to process this. Your registration form and decals will be sent to you in the mail.
Debit/Credit cards are NOT ACCEPTED. Please enter your correct CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION. If you enter any information that is NOT correct, for example, a debit card number or transpose the numbers of your checking account or if funds are not available, you will be assessed a $25.00 fee and you will no longer have use of this service in the future.
ONLINE DOG REGISTRATIONS
By clicking on the dog licensing button below you can renew your dog’s license online, if your dog’s rabies certificate is current in our system. If your rabies certificate has expired or you have received a new rabies certificate and have not brought it into our office for us to update our records, you will not be able to complete the online renewal. You will need to come into the office with the current rabies to license your dog(s).
