ONLINE VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS
If you have not already completed a renewal with the Town of Raymond and proven residency to us, you will not be allowed to complete the online renewal process. You are required to come to the Town Clerk's Office with a current utility bill or other official mail (leases, tax bills and water bills are NOT acceptable proof of residency) to prove residency and change your address with the Town Clerk's Office. Please note that even if you have changed your address with the State DMV, you are still required to come to the Town Clerk's Office and prove residency. If you have any questions regarding residency, please call the Town Clerk's Office at 895-4735 ext. 109, 110, or 111.
By clicking on the car button below you can renew your motor vehicle or trailer registration online. You will need information from your current registration in order to process this. Your registration form and decals will be sent to you in the mail.
DO NOT DO AN ONLINE REGISTRATION RENEWAL IF YOUR REGISTRATION HAS ALREADY EXPIRED OR IS GOING TO EXPIRE WITHIN TWO WEEKS. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IN THE SYSTEM UNTIL IT HAS GONE THROUGH THE ACH PROCESS (BETWEEN FIVE (5) AND SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS). ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN DONE AS AN ONLINE RENEWAL YOU CANNOT COME INTO THE OFFICE AND ASK FOR IT IN HAND. IT WILL HAVE TO BE MAILED TO YOU ONCE IT HAS GONE THROUGH THE ACH PROCESS.
YOUR NEW REGISTRATION IS NOT VALID UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT STARTING FEBRUARY 1, 2012 YOUR ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED RIGHT AWAY. IT WILL BE PROCESSED BETWEEN FIVE (5) AND SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT IN ORDER FOR YOUR PAYMENT TO GO THROUGH THE ACH PROCESS. THIS IS TO ENSURE YOUR ACCOUNT FUNDS ARE SUFFICIENT. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS BEFORE THE RENEWAL EXPIRATION IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW REGISTRATION AND PLATE DECALS BY MAIL.
Debit/Credit cards are NOT ACCEPTED. Please enter your correct CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION. If you enter any information that is NOT correct, for example, a debit card number or transpose the numbers of your checking account or if funds are not available, you will be assessed a $25.00 fee and you will no longer have use of this service in the future.
ONLINE DOG REGISTRATIONS
By clicking on the dog licensing button below you can renew your dog’s license online, if your dog’s rabies certificate is current in our system. If your rabies certificate has expired or you have received a new rabies certificate and have not brought it into our office for us to update our records, you will not be able to complete the online renewal. You will need to come into the office with the current rabies to license your dog(s).
