Request for Proposals (RFP)
Forest Dearborn Estate Conservation Easement
 
March 30, 2015
 
The Town of Raymond Board of Selectmen are requesting proposals from Land Trust Organizations interested in drafting and managing a Conservation Easement on the tract of land off of the southerly side of Langford Road being shown as Tax Map 25, Lot 11 consisting of approximately 304 acres.  The Forest Dearborn Estate property is accessible from Langford Road (see attached sketch & map).
 
Proposals will be accepted from organizations that are available to begin the work in June 2015.  Please include in your proposal the anticipated timetable you would like to have for the completion by the easement document. The town hopes to have this work done by September 2015.  Please mail twelve copies (five copies for the Board of Selectmen and seven copies for Conservation Commission members) of your proposal including all costs associated with drafting and holding a conservation easement by Friday, May 15, 2015 to the Town Manager. 
 
This solicitation does not commit the Town to award any contract, pay any costs incurred in preparing a proposal, or to procure or contract for services or supplies. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any submittals received, to negotiate with all qualified sources and to cancel in part or in its entirety the solicitation when it is in the Town’s best interest. The Town makes no representations or warranties, including, without limitation, representations or warranties as to the accuracy of any information or assumptions contained in this RFP.

Town of Raymond, New Hampshire
Request for Proposals
 
The Town of Raymond, New Hampshire is soliciting proposals from contractors interested in providing street sweeping of town roads and parking lots of three schools.
 
Interested contractors shall provide the Town with written descriptions of their proposal outlining  experience, references, equipment to be used, cost, time frame, methods, and services to be provided by the contractor and services anticipated to be required from the Town. The town shall provide water and disposal.
 
It is anticipated that the sweeping will begin after April 11, 2015 and be completed no later than May 16, 2015.  A minimum of two sweepers with experienced operators is required at all times during the operations. Town to provide water and disposal.
 
Deadline for receipt of proposals is 4:00 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2015

The Town reserves the right to adjust the schedule based on weather and snow melt conditions.
 
Safety:
All activities under this Contract shall be executing in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local safety regulations. All workers of the selected Contractor shall be properly trained in safe operation of tools and equipment assigned to them for their use and shall be provided with proper safety and protective gear.
 
Insurance:
The selected contractor shall be required to maintain general liability and other insurance as is appropriate for the work being performed. Excess Liability, Automotive Liability, Protective Liability, and General Liability coverage shall be a minimum of $2,000,000 each. The Town shall be named as additional insured on the policy.

 The Town of Raymond, New Hampshire is soliciting proposals from contractors interested in providing mowing and trimming of the Old and New Pine Grove Cemeteries.
 
Interested contractors shall provide the Town with written proposal outlining experience, references, and all equipment and labor to be used, costs, and methods.  
 
Anticipated start date is May 1st/or May 11th with a final date of September 18th/or September 25, 2015 for said services.
